If you are experiencing password problems, we advise you to click on the “FORGOT PASSWORD?” banner located on the upper right hand corner of the splash page. After you have gained access to the “FORGOT PASSWORD?” link, you will be prompted to enter your email address and your date of birth. Once you have entered the requested information, you will receive an email with your temp password. After you login, you can visit the “My Account” section of the website to change your password to a permanent one.
