If you have not received a conformation email with your Clique ID and password information. There are two main reason why this could have occurred, 1) either we have not received your mail-in payment, or 2) that your credit card has failed. For credit card failure, please go to http://ecaccess.cc and try to process the transaction again. If you have sent in your money order or cashier’s check, we will activated your account, and notify you via email, as soon as we receive it.
